Μετά τις προηγούμενες επιτυχημένες  διοργανώσεις,  η Φωτογραφική Εταιρεία Κύπρου – Τμήμα Πάφου διοργανώνει τον 9ο Φωτομαραθώνιο Κύπρου το Σάββατο 11 Νοεμβρίου 2023.

Η εκδήλωση είναι ανοιχτή προς όλο το κοινό (φωτογράφους και μη, παιδιά, οικογένειες) κι έχει ως σκοπό να δώσει την ευκαιρία δημιουργικής έκφρασης μέσα από μια ευχάριστη φωτογραφική πρόκληση μέσα στην καρδιά της πόλης.

Διαδικασία

Θα δοθούν 4 θέματα στην εκκίνηση από την κριτική επιτροπή  και ο κάθε συμμετέχοντας θα έχει στη διάθεσή του 4 ώρες να φωτογραφήσει περπατώντας στους δρόμους της Πάφου με το δικό του ρυθμό. Με τη λήξη του χρόνου παραδίδει μία φωτογραφία για κάθε θέμα ώστε όλες να διαγωνιστούν για τα βραβεία που υπάρχουν (τρεις νικητές και τρεις επαίνοι σε κάθε θέμα).

Πάρτε τις φωτογραφικές σας μηχανές (ή και κινητά) και ελάτε με τους φίλους σας ή την οικογένειά σας για ένα όμορφο και δημιουργικό πρωινό.

Συγκέντρωση και εκκίνηση στην πλατεία Κένεντι στην Πάφο.

Προσέλευση – Εγγραφές: 9:30 – 10:00

Εκκίνηση: 10:00

Τερματισμός – Παράδοση φωτογραφιών: 13:30 – 14:30

Οι πρώτοι 6 νικητές από κάθε  θέμα θα πάρουν τιμητικό δίπλωμα, ενώ όλες οι συμμετοχές θα προβληθούν σε εκδήλωση που θα γίνει το Δεκέμβρη 2023.

  2. Μιχάλης Γεωργίου, ιδιοκτήτης γκαλερί.
  3. Μαρκέλα Μιχαηλίδου, Μέλος Δ.Σ. ΦΕΚ-Τμήμα Πάφου.

 9th Cyprus Fotomarathon starts on Saturday 11th November 2023.

After the last seven successful events, the Cyprus Photographic Society – Pafos Department organizes the 8th Cyprus Fotomarathon.

The event is open to the public (photographers or not, children youngsters and families) and aims to give the opportunity for creative expression through a pleasant photographic challenge in the heart of the city.

4 themes will be given at the start and each participant will have 4 hours to produce photos while walking in the streets of Pafos at his/her own pace. At the end of the time the participant delivers a photo of each subject to the committee. All photos will compete for one of the first 6 places in each subject/category.

Take your cameras (and mobile phones) and come with your friends for a nice and creative morning.

Place: Kennedy Square in Paphos.                                                                           

Entry – Registration: 9:30 – 10:00

Start: 10:00                                                                                                          . 

Finish – Submissions: 13:30 – 14:30

The first 6 winners of each theme will receive an honorary diploma, and all entries will be screened at an event that will be held in December 2023.

Judging committee:

  1. Chrysostomos Antoniou, photographer.
  2. Michalis Georgiou, gallery owner.
  3. Marcela Michaelidou, member of board of the CPS-Pafos Branch.

First 3 winners and 3 honorable mentions per theme will be awarded a diploma and all participations will be projected at a ceremony in December 2023.
